When you arrive at our charter base, you will be warmly welcomed by our reservations staff. You'll find ample parking for easy unloading and loading and embarking and disembarking, with plenty of large trolleys for transferring luggage and provisions to your boat. Before you set off on your Whitsundays cruise, you'll need to complete an area and boat brief. Briefings are conducted within the comfort of our base which offers:

• A spacious reception just a short walk along our jetty to your vessel
• An air-conditioned charterer's lounge with harbour views

• Modern serviced toilet and shower facilities
• A convenience shop for postcards, resort clothing, souvenirs and merchandise

Our base is connected to the main harbour precinct, where ferries to and from the islands arrive and depart via a small beach and tropical garden. Feel free to enjoy the public picnic pavilion and use the gas barbecue.
